I. What this Policy Covers

This policy covers how Terasem Movement, Inc. (Terasem) treats the anonymous and personal information that Terasem acquires through your use of our website www.CyBeRev.org (CyBeRev).

II. Who this Policy Applies To

This policy applies only to companies that Terasem owns or controls and people that Terasem employs or manages.

III. What Information is Collected

  1. Personal information. We collect no personal information about you when you visit CyBeRev UNLESS you choose to provide this information to us by:
    1. Becoming a registered participant. (See Terms and Conditions)
    2. Posting digital bemes on CyBeRev or
    3. Emailing CyBeRev
  2. CHILDREN's information. Our website is not directed at nor intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not collect information about such children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will promptly delete it. If you are a child under 13, please do not send us any information about yourself. We encourage all parents and guardians to monitor their children's use of the Web.
  3. Anonymous information. We collect and store certain information automatically. What we collect and store automatically is:
    1. The Internet Protocol (IP) address of the domain from which you access the Internet whether yours individually or provided as a proxy by your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
    2. The date and time you access our site
    3. The pages you peruse (recorded by the text and graphics files that compose that page) and
    4. The Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site.

IV. How the Information is Used

  1. Personal information.

    Registration information. We do not sell or share any personal information you provide during the registration process for CyBeRev. The information is used only by Terasem and for business purposes only.

    Email. You may choose to provide us with personal information, as in an e-mail message containing your comments or questions. We use this information to improve our service to you or to respond to your request. There are times when your message is forwarded to other Terasem employees who may be better able to help you. We do not sell or share your email information with any outside organization.

    Digital Reflections. As a registered user, you may post or upload personal information in the form of digital reflections. You are given the option to set access limits when you upload the information. At your discretion, access to your information may be granted to:

    • Yourself only
    • Yourself and friends
    • Yourself, friends, and other CyBeRev participants
    • Anyone
  2. Anonymous information. We use this information to count the number and types of visitors who use our site, how our pages and links are used and, ultimately, to help us make our site more useful to you. This information is NOT shared with anyone beyond Terasem's CyBeRev support staff and is used only as a source of anonymous statistical information.

V. Changes to this Policy

Terasem reserves the right to change the terms of our Privacy Policy at any time in its sole discretion. We suggest that you re-visit our Privacy Policy each time you visit, so you can determine what if any changes may have been made since your most recent visit.
